I’ve been having quite a laugh at Please Don’t Break Up. It’s such a simple idea, but I’m cracking myself at the blog. The blog is extremely fresh, but let’s hope the blog continues. This one is classic. He also takes user submissions! So please, send in your couple pics.

There was a Young Lady whose chin,
Resembled the point of a pin:
So she had it made sharp,
And purchased a harp,
And played several tunes with her chin.

There was an Old Lady of Chertsey,
Who made a remarkable curtsey;
She twirled round and round,
Till she sunk underground,
Which distressed all the people of Chertsey.

In case you haven’t noticed, or you’re reading the blog via RSS, come hop on over to the site to check the new theme live. The theme was developed by moi (Niel). This is the first time I’ve worked with WordPress or any kind of CSS for that matter. Last time I did web design was four years ago with HTML and tables. It was very much a learning experience, and I actually enjoyed it! If you have any feedback please let me know so I can improve on the site and your reading experience.
P.S. – Some big things up ahead! Keep coming back to Twindie!

There was a Young Person of Smyrna,
Whose Grandmother threatened to burn her;
But she seized on the Cat,
And said, "Granny, burn that!
"You incongruous Old Woman of Smyrna!"

There was a Young Lady whose nose,
Was so long that it reached to her toes;
So she hired an Old Lady,
Whose conduct was steady,
To carry that wonderful nose.

There was an Old Man on a hill,
Who seldom, if ever, stood still;
He ran up and down,
In his Grandmother’s gown,
Which adorned that Old Man on a hill.

There was an Old Man with a beard,
Who said, “It is just as I feared!–
Two Owls and a Hen,
Four Larks and a Wren,
Have all built their nests in my beard!”

From this day on every Monday will be Limerick Monday. You might ask, “But Twindie.net it’s Tuesday!?” Yes, yes, but yesterday was a public holiday, thus this here is to brighten the start of the week. Most of the limericks will be written by other folk, but you never know I might write some myself.
There was an Old Man with a gong,
Who bumped at it all the day long;
But they called out, "O law!
You're a horrid old bore!"
So they smashed that Old Man with a gong.
